At this time, we only partner on a national level with corporate chains and franchisers. Rest assured, you are not in competition with us for your catering business. We strictly focus on helping medical and pharma reps arrange catering for meetings. Our customers pay a fee for utilizing our service. We are not advertising your restaurant or menu on our website. Our website is only for reps to submit their order details.
How it works
Partnering with Catersquad couldn’t be easier. When medical or pharma reps need catering orders, they get in touch with us via text or through our online ordering portal. Reps pay us a service fee for the convenience of not having to think about catering. (This way, they can focus solely on their sales job!) When we’ve gathered the specifics of what’s needed for a meeting, we submit an order to you. We’re happy to place orders any way you like, whether over the phone, via email, or through your online ordering platform. Some customers have us call in directly to a point of contact within their catering division. Most of our partners choose to have us order online, though, where a discount code can be applied upon checkout. Creating an auto-applied discount is typically a simple process. Some partners use MonkeyMedia Software for this purpose, while others have implemented a 'Catersquad' tab into their POS systems.
Why it's a no-risk easy setup
A partnership with Catersquad is a no-risk deal. We place catering orders just like any other customer. In return for sending you extra business, we just ask for a discount on the order subtotal. You can even set your order delivery minimum! (Or we can look it upon your website.) If a rep’s order falls short of your minimum, we’ll just use your restaurant for another customer with a bigger budget.
Meanwhile, our catering team does all the leg work of checking with locations to see if they can fulfill an order. We also take care of follow-up communication the day of catering to ensure that orders are set to go. Our goal is to make everyone’s lives a little easier.
What about payment?
Once a medical or pharma rep makes an order, we pay immediately using our company credit card. We pay your menu item prices, delivery fee, and taxes, minus our discount from the subtotal. Catersquad then issues the customer a receipt with all your menu pricing and fees (emailed as a PDF). The only extra line item for the customer is our service charge.
Do I need a contract?
We do not ask for a contract. You can simply give us the green light and start tracking our incoming orders. There's not a whole lot to it. Our Catersquad team will place orders with you just like any other customer!
