Letter From CaterSquad

The Covid-19 pandemic has cut into food sales and brought hard times for restaurants nationwide. In the face of these setbacks, CaterSquad is here to help your franchisees boost revenue through large catering orders.

While many businesses have scaled back on catering this year, pharmaceutical and medical device reps are still frequently ordering catering for their healthcare offices nationwide. These orders average $200. At CaterSquad, we connect these reps to the restaurants whose menu selections suit their needs. Some of our current national partners include Panera Bread, Zoe's Kitchen, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Dickey's BBQ, Firehouse Subs, Boston Market, Ruby Tuesday's, Urbane Cafe, Einstein Bros Bagels, On the Border, Boston Market, and many more.

We require no contract to start sending orders to your franchisees. Each franchisee location may choose to accept or decline an order.

Here is an email overview you can use to communicate to your franchisee stores about CaterSquad:

To bring in additional catering business for our franchisees, we’re pleased to announce we will be partnering with CaterSquad. Catersquad has a customer base of pharmaceutical and medical device reps who place frequent catering orders for healthcare offices.

In the near future, Catersquad will be calling your stores directly to see if you can fulfill and deliver catering orders that exceed your delivery minimum. You’ll have the option to accept or decline the orders. If you choose to accept, the orders will need to be prepared and delivered by your location and delivered on time.

Catersquad will be discounted 10% of the order subtotal. Just like a regular customer, they will pay via phone immediately using their company credit card—and will pay full menu item prices, delivery fee, and taxes (minus their 10% discount from the subtotal).

Upon completing the order, please text or email a receipt to Catersquad in a timely manner. Then, when a catering order is delivered to the customer, it will not include a receipt from your location. Catersquad issues their own receipts to customers via email. (There is no markup on this receipt, only Catersquad’s service charge to their customer.)

If any issues arise with order preparation or delivery, Catersquad is always your point of contact.
